 Established in 2002, Ningbo Huashuo Molding & Machine Co., Ltd. is a joint venture company, owning fixed assets of more than USD 6,600,000. We specialize in producing various sized die-casting dies and plastic moulds with high precision, and we are one of the first members of Ningbo Mould Industry Association and one of councils. We also produce high-quality die-castings, plastic products, auto accessories, machining parts and so on. With a new factory area of 21,000 square meters (more than 20,000 square meters construction area), our turnover is more than USD14,400,000 last year. Drew out of Beilun Huada Mould Plant and with more than 10 years experience, we employ more than 60 engineers and managers with bachelor degrees or above and over 700 workers. Our production department consists of 5 divisions such as die-casting workshop, plastic injection workshop, fine-processing workshop, packing workshop and mould center. Equipped with Japan-MAKINO vertical machining centers, Taiwan-MAXSEE electric discharge machines, Beijing-Agie Linear cutting machines, more than 20 sets die-casting machines ranging from 180T to 900T and 20 sets plastic injection machines ranging from 80T to 500T, our R&D and QC staff are responsible for designing, techniques, producing and processing. Since 1997, Huashuo has produced and processed various moulds and prototype products that are complicated for JMC group, SAIC-CHERY, Shanghai Mitsubishi Electric, Liuzhou Wuling Motors and Chunlan Group. Furthermore, Huashuo produced and processed many moulds and its prototype products for some electric tools manufactures like TTI, DEVWALT, BOSCH, SKIL and SEARS. Huashuo is highly appreciated by famous enterprises such as Nanjing CHERVON, JMC Group, China South Airplane Manufacturing Co., Chunlan Group, Volkswagen, Shanghai Volkswagen and Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator Co.
